We wanted to Thank Christine Funari for providing us exceptional service on a recent purchase. We own a handful of
properties so going through the process for qualifying for this other investment home was not easy. In addition, we were
also selling two rental properties and exchanging them into this home, so again the file was not a black and white transaction.
That all being said, Christine went above and beyond to get things done quickly and precisely! We had a 30 day escrow which I thought was almost impossible since our exchange
properties still didn't close escrow yet, and once they did, the accommodator had to step in as well to gather all the figures, along with Christine, title, escrow, etc. to all be on the same page. The communication between Christine, her team, the
Exchange company and all parties involved was seamless!

We actually closed this transaction in 19 days, unbelievable!!
